Got a call from "windows" from this number. Told them I don't have a windows computer and he replied "oh, Apple Mac then" - they aren't linked companies! Total scam. Told him so and got asked if we could just chat - told him to take my number off their list and to not call me again (blocked the number just in case).

Recommendation: The call should not be answered in any case!
Possible holder of the number: SCAM!!

Possibly a scam to get broadband details, and ultimately access to computer, bank details etc...... When questions as to why they needed details they abruptly hung up
